Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK and Channel Islands – hopefully we’ll expand to other countries soon!
Does TOTM offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship across the UK and Channel Islands.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email right away, followed by a separate email to let you know when it’s been dispatched.
Please note:
All orders placed before 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day. If you place your order after 4:30 PM on a weekday, it will be dispatched the next business day. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
How will you package my order?
We’ll deliver your TOTM order in a recyclable cardboard box (the box has pink lines on it and a ‘You’ve Got This’ slogan).
How much does shipping cost?
Enjoy free shipping on orders over £15! For any orders below £15, there’s a flat rate of just £2.50. Need it sooner? We also offer express shipping for £4.99.
Can I edit or adjust my subscription order?
If you’re a subscriber, we’ll always send you a heads-up email before each delivery. This gives you time to edit, pause, or cancel your order if needed. Just keep in mind that once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s any issue with your order, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Just reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you quickly.
Do you offer returns?
We want you to love your TOTM products. While we hope you’re always happy with your purchase, due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
However, if something isn’t quite right—whether the goods are faulty or if you’ve received the wrong order—please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help resolve it for you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email here.
