Reducing plastic waste every cycle 🌍
Unlike conventional pads which are up to 90% plastic, we use organic and biodegradable materials – even our pad wrappers are corn-derived and certified compostable.
Ingredients: organic cotton cover, organic cotton core, compostable biofilm backing, non-toxic adhesive. Each pad is wrapped in certified compostable bio-film and packed in a recycled cardboard box. Made without rayon, bamboo, fragrance, dyes, artificial absorbents, titanium dioxide and chlorine bleach.

Do you use certified organic cotton?
We do! Our tampons, pads and liners are made with organic cotton that’s certified by ICEA to comply with the Global Organic Cotton Textiles Standard (GOTS). GOTS has a defined set of criteria for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria.
What is your packaging made from?
We’re proud to use plastic-free packaging across the range. Our products are packed in recycled cardboard boxes which are fully recyclable.
Are your pads suitable for sensitive skin?
Our pads are hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin. They are designed to prevent irritation such as itching, rashing and general discomfort.
Are your products cruelty free and vegan?
All TOTM period care products are registered with The Vegan Society and carry the Vegan Trademark. The Vegan Society’s standards for the Vegan Trademark includes both no animal ingredients, and no animal testing (at the initiative of the company or on its behalf, or by parties over whom the company has effective control).
Do your pads contain PFAs or titanium dioxide?
We recognise that there are growing concerns over the use of titanium dioxide and PFA (forever chemicals) in period care products. At TOTM, we never add titanium dioxide to any of our organic cotton products. With PFAs, PFA testing was conducted by EUROFINS in 2023 on our organic cotton pads, natural pads and tampons. All of them passed the test under the acceptance criteria specified by AFIRM Restricted Substances List 2023 ver.08. The method used in this test was the total fluorine content (meaning that different PFAS were tested, regardless of if they are or not regulated).
How do TOTM pads compare to other brands?
Our period care is designed to be different. We’re proud to use quality, sustainable materials throughout our range. Our organic cotton pads use 100% organic cotton from core to cover which sets us apart from the big brands and other eco brands in this space.
In other pads, you may find ingredients like fragrance, dyes, chlorine bleach and artificial absorbents (super absorbent polymers). In fact, SAP is often found in conventional pads and bamboo pads. As we’re all about comfort at TOTM and want to prevent vaginal irritation, we leave ingredients such as this out of our pads. We love that organic cotton is naturally absorbent, super soft and breathable. It’s an eco-conscious alternative that’s kind to you and the planet. Our pads are still competitive in terms of absorbency however are the best choice for sensitive skin.
What are your pads made from?
TOTM pads are made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton from the topsheet through to the absorbent core. They are made without rayon, fragrance/perfumes, dyes, artificial absorbents (SAP) and chlorine bleach.
